A repeat project under the same company, our team became the general contractor for WATAMI HSS. This Japanese restaurant is a 135 sqm dining haven under the Bistro Group. Amid BGC's condo towers, our team maneuvered nighttime restrictions and tight timelines, ensuring a seamless project.
Despite challenges, ECCON Prime's expert coordination achieved a timely 55-day delivery, while respecting the industry's cost parameters.
The project spanned civil work, plumbing, lighting, and more. Guided by the client's design consultant, Watami Eastwood bridges the cultural essence where traditional Japanese elements blend with the contemporary vibe of BGC, providing the customers with a relaxing ambiance whether they dine alone or with their loved ones.
