From Shakey’s Phils., we are tasked to do their flagship Peri-Peri Restaurant in Taytay Rizal. At its core, Peri-Peri Taytay Rizal is a single-story restaurant with a layout that is thoughtfully designed to optimize both function and aesthetics.
The transformation of an empty lot into a stand-out restaurant structure showcases Eccon Prime's commitment to project implementation. Beyond bricks and mortar, this project demonstrates our intention to create a long-lasting partnership with the client.
The building itself covers a significant portion of this area, with a footprint of 753 square meters plus a parking space of 871 sqm. With the adjacent leasable space, the structure adds another layer of versatility to the establishment.
