We ensure that all the necessary materials, tools, permits, and prerequisites from the building administration are ready. This careful preparation sets the stage for a smooth day one of construction. Once everything is in place, we can kick off the project, and typically, our construction phase spans from 60-90 days, depending on the specific project requirements.

Our commitment to our clients doesn't end with project turnover. After handing over the project, we ensure a thorough punch list process, addressing any issues to the client's satisfaction. Upon acceptance of the project and the completion of closeout documents, we secure any necessary clearances from the building administration or landlord, including occupancy permits. We also provide a CoC to the client once they are satisfied with our work. Additionally, we offer a one-year warranty covering workmanship-related repairs, providing support well beyond the project's completion.
